About David JC Cutler

Mr. Cutler has a Master’s degree from St. Catharine’s College in Cambridge, United Kingdom and qualified as a British Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in London, United Kingdom. He was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the UK Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Cutler held senior international financial management positions with the multi-national companies Reuters Plc and the Schlumberger Group and subsequently has more than thirty years’ experience serving as a main board director and officer of startup operations and micro-cap public companies and in both the UK and the US.

Mr. Cutler moved to the US in 1996 to become Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of Multi-Link Telecommunications, Inc., a telecom start up that completed its IPO in 1999, subsequently was subject to a management buyout in 2002 and eventually sold to Dish Network in 2010.

Mr. Cutler has provided CFO services, and or, technical and operational accounting support to such startups as Realtime Worlds, Inc. (a video game developer), Tendril Networks, Inc. (a cloud based provider of efficiency optimizing software for energy consumers), TrigPoint Solutions, Inc. (a cloud based provider on maintenance services to the oil service industry), Safe Bus, Inc. (a cloud base provider of school bus tracking software to parents), Enviro Gas LLC (provider of propane to residential and commercial customers) and Left Hand Robotics, Inc.(designer and manufacturer snow clearing and grass mowing robots).

Mr. Cutler has provided technical accounting support to such multi-national companies as Remax International and the Wheelabrator Group, to NASDAQ listed Century Casinos, Inc. and to start ups in the marijuana sector including GCH, Inc. (“Willie’s Reserve”).

From 2011 – 2017, Mr. Cutler was Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer and a director of US Precious Metals, Inc., a publicly quoted mineral exploration company with interests in Mexico and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Discovery Gold Corporation, a publicly quoted mineral exploration company with interests in Ghana.
